From February 1, 2026
Since all types of Morino-Shizuku now include "Mineno-Yagura," we have discontinued the "Miyabi Set (30,000 yen)" and introduced a new "Miyabi Single Item (28,000 yen)." Additionally, to strengthen our mid-range product line, we have added "Irodori-Usurai," previously only sold as a commemorative item, to our regular product lineup. It is priced at 28,000 yen.
The processing details are as follows:
1) A polishing gradient will be applied from front to back, leaving a slight trace of the lamination marks on the top cover.
From front to back, the finish will range from no lamination marks to visible lamination marks.
An elegant finish will be achieved.
As shown in the attached photo, the image is of "thin ice on a pond in early spring."
"Usurai" (thin ice) is a seasonal word for spring.
2) To evoke the image of wildflowers blooming in the spring sunshine, the tip of the waterway will be given an iridescent finish using a thermal oxidation film.
*Please note that the thermal oxidation film cannot be corrected, so the iridescent finish may not always be achieved. Each piece will be unique.

The drip-bag hanger Minenoyagura is compatible with all types of Morinoshizuku.
*This is in response to the elimination of gift packaging.
1) The included "Drip-bag hanger Minenoyagura" does not include the "Rappo Kyoto Studio name-engraved storage pouch." Lift-up adapter only.
2) The Art series, Saiko series, and Miyabi come with two adapters in one storage pouch.

3) Drip-bag hanger Minenoyagura Individually sold items are also the same as 2).
*We will also be shipping physical items to domestic customers who purchased in January of this year. However, we regret that we are unable to process orders from overseas at this time.

Morinoshizuku The gift box has been discontinued.
Rakuho Kyoto Technical High School supports the voluntary reduction of excessive packaging and plastic waste.
Applicable products: Gift boxes sold separately, accessories for the Art series and Saiko series have been removed.

In summary, due to further increases in material prices, we regret to inform you that we will be discontinuing the "Standard Type."
The conventional Combo type has been discontinued (price remains the same) and a new "Create type" has been introduced, which also supports the popular antique finish option .
