ボディ全体を鏡面仕上げしてからナイロンブラシで艶消し処理。 下地処理の仕上げはバフでまばらに光沢を出した後、バーナーの火力を最小限に落とし柔らかい炎でボディ全体を温めて青色基調に焼き付ける。

この商品への命名としては、
焼き付け酸化膜で難しい全体が青基調で形成できた。広く澄み渡った青空をイメージを思わせる事から「碧天 ~ Hekiten 」と命名

水路の先端を短くし ボトム面積が大きく太くなるように研削。 内部遮蔽爪に重なってるカバーを頂点に向かって研削して、内部を流れるお湯の抵抗を下げ流れを多くして、注ぎ口の吐出量を向上させてます。

ボディは小さいですが、森乃雫シリーズで一番 太く柔らかい水流の注ぎ口です。

The entire body is given a mirror finish and then matted with a nylon brush. The surface finish is buffed to give it a slight shine, then the burner is turned down to a minimum and the entire body is heated with a soft flame and baked in a blue tone.

As for the naming of this product,
I was able to create the entire piece in a blue tone, which is difficult to do with a baked oxide film. It was named ``Hekiten'' because it evokes the image of a wide, clear blue sky.
